Perhaps at no other time in a woman’s life is she more vulnerable then when she is pregnant and giving birth. I have had the pleasure of supporting hundreds of women on this beautiful journey while also realizing there may be a few foundational things we have missed in preparing for this time. I believe these things are crucial for the vitally of not only your life but your future children’s lives. You could be just starting to think about having children or you could be chasing a little one around already. Wherever you are, there is something for you here. Are you ready to dig deep? Hi! I’m Ashley Spellman. I am a mom, I’m a wife, and I’m a Doula…but who am I? I’m a sovereign human who has learned to use my intentions, intuition and nutrition to thrive as a woman. I’m not without fault or struggle. However, I truly believe there is a better way of living that is empowering and brings vitality to life.
